Relatively simple to do. Just pull back the rubber boot that covers the release fork and lube the pivot bolt. An inspection mirror and flashlight help. You also need a flexible hose and injector needle to lube the pivot bolt...not really NEEDED; be creative if you don't have the hose and needle. If your car is still under warranty just take it to the dealer and have them do it. I was at the dealer every month to get it lubed until my warranty ran out.
